Does Metoprolol Cause Joint Pain And Tinnitus?

My name is Chanty I took Metroprolol 25 mg I feel like tired all the time my every joint pain , have sound in my ear all the time , my mouth have like metal flavor some time test shower and dry eye my hand numb and tingling , I think it is all sing of side effect , but my Docto he doesn’t change medicine for me.
