Does Lisinopril Cause Coughing?
I have had a cough for about 2 months. I was taking Lisinopril and stopped because my dr. thought it might be causing the cough. I ve been off of it for about 1 month but my cough, though slight is still present. My question is, how long should it take for my cough to go away if it is indeed the medication causing the cough?

If your cough was a type of dry cough, then, yes lisinopril is causing it.
It will take 1 month to up to 3 months to get the cough totally cleared after stopping lisinopril.
