shakiness and varying blood pressure can be because of doses of thyroxine.
doses of thyroxine needs to be adjusted , get a thyroid profile done , as there is a chance that you are on high doses of thyroxine , hich may be responsible for your symptoms.

a shift from hydrochlorthiazide to lisinopril should not cause such problem , however you should get your serum sodium potassium done ,as both of these medication causes electrolyte disturbances ,and symptoms can be because of electrolyte disturbance
thanks you
