Does Levothyroxine Interact With Spironolactone, Pantoprazole And Allegra?

I have added spironolactone 25 mg daily to the following medicines: Atenolol 25 mg Losartan 100 mg Levothyroxine .075 mg Pantoprazole 40 mg Advir discus 250/50 Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg Spironolactone 25 mg Allegra180 mg I was wondering if there were any interactions with these medicines as I have been quite dizzy off and on lately. Hello,

I think levothyroxine doesn't interact with any of these drugs. I think that your antihypertensive drugs are interacting with each other and causing low blood pressure.

You can lower the dosages of them to get better. I think you can use only one diuretic instead of two. Use only spironolactone, not Hydrochlorothiazide.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
