Does Letrozole Cause Joints Pain?

I m taking letrozole for two months. After taking this medicine for 1 month and 2 weeks, I noticed that I have a bad side effect. One of the bad side effects is muscle and joint pain and I can t sleep well. Is this a normal side effect of taking the medicine? I had a breast mastectomy surgery last June 2017.

Yes LETROZOLE causes bone/ joint pain with muscle pain. You can ask your respective doctor about taking some other supplements and he can further add on another drug namely BISPHOSPHONATE group to reduce the problem.
