hi mam, generally letrozole is not recommended in premenopausal women and i dont understand why you had been taking it.anyhow, there is no evidence of it causing delayed periods.but there are cases where pregnancy resulted when taking letrozole.so,please once report your problem to the prescribing doctor as early as possible.there is evidence of birth defects in babies when mothers take letrozole.or you can go for simple urine pregnancy test at home.there is no need to be scared.hope your doubt is clarified.any further queries, please let me know.its my pleasure to be of any help to you.thank you.take care.bye.
