Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Breastfeeding is associated with hormonal changes such as increased prolactin level. This will cause alterations in monthly cycle which is completely normal.

Do not worry. Lactare is not influencing though.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini
