Hello
There was mouth sores in the mouth and you kidded and girl was an HIV infected.
Now read this very carefully :
Although HIV can be isolated typically in the low titers from saliva of a small proportion of infected individuals, there is no convincing evidence that saliva can transmit HIV infection, either through deep kissing or through other exposures , such occupationally to sex workers.
In the mouth saliva contains ENDOGENOUS ANTIVIRAL FACTORS; among these many immunoglobulins are detected in the saliva and they kill virus ( of HIV individuals).
Perhaps the best-studies of these, secretory leukocyte protease inhibitors ( SLPI)blocks HIV INFECTION in several cell culture systems and it is found in saliva.
Now about sores in the mouth of infected girl , so sores are due to lowering of immunity , so minimal chance of getting HIV infection by you.
But if these sores ( chance NIL ) exception , were full of virus then THERE IS NO CHANCE OF getting infection by you because your saliva was able to kill all virus ( through your mouth while kissing).
Hope you will understand this thing and in my opinion you didn't get HIV infection.

hi
if HIV Positive girl had mouth sores and while kissing if some blood was ingested or transferred to you then there is a chance of HIV infection. presence of mouth sores to both the persons is not necessarily needed but there is a chance of infection.
HIV is transmitted by participating in any sort of un protected sex(oral, anal, vaginal) with HIV positive person or by sharing needles with a positive person or by blood transfusion taken from HIV positive person etc....

general Symptoms of HIV are Repeated episodes of fever, weight loss, respiratory infections, diarrhoea etc…

hope i have cleared your doubts
