Does Geritol Really Help To Get Pregnant?

hello me and my boyfriend been trying to conceive for a year now ive been going to the obgyn to see if everything is OK and they said yes long as i get my menstrual each month it should not be a issue im even more intimate once im ovulating to see if there s a higher change of getting pregnant but no luck and i wanted to know if i take the Geritol pill will that help me get pregnant

I understand your query.
Geritol pill is a multivitamin & iron pill. It has a role in improving general health, in case of deficiency of the contents, BUT it does not have specific benefit in conceiving.
You have checked your ovulation time, similarly get your friend's semen analysis done . If it is also normal, have asex around your ovulation day - which realy increases chance of conception.
Taking vitamin E & folic acid helps.
