Brief Answer:
There are no interactions between these three drugs.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM.
There are no drug interactions between fentanyl and Warfarine, or fentanyl and methotrexate. You may use them safely, taking in consideration each one of them side effects.
For example, i would suggest you to use Paracetamol + Codein in stead of fentanyl as it has less side effects and can be used in combination with the medication that you are taking for arthritis too.
Fentanyl is an extremely potent opiate and may cause addiction or overdose, beside other side effects. Mean while Codein is less power opiate and it does not cause any bleeding also.
Is always better to begin using less power pain killers and step by step increase their dose or change to another more power guided by your doctor based to your symptoms and drug tolerability.

Hope this is helpful.
