Does Estrogen Application Help In Enlarging The Breasts?

Question is regarding a male, 39, taking some pure estrogen pills, for an as yet, undetermined period, only to enlarge his breasts- that is the only aim... the male, quite slim, healthy, already bizarrely has female like man boobs that would be classed as a serious form of gynecomastia.. it is suspected on such a man, a pure form of estrogen which he has never had will now have a big affect on his breast area.. this is hoped and the aim. My question is, if I apply estrogen to him to enlarge his breasts, privately so without medical supervision, what do i therefore need to look out for myself and monitor to make sure no negative or harmful medical things are happening to him while I have him on the estrogen- I just want to see his boobs get bigger. Hi Sophie.

Just the application of oestrogen over the breast region will target mainly the breasts causing them to get enlarged, but other worrying symptoms usually more commonly with oral oestrogen intake are enlargement of the prostate, drop in libido, etc. Nothing too harmful as of now, but his oestrogen levels need to be monitored in order to avoid more serious consequences; nothing you can see visually.
