Duromine contains phentermine. It is used as an appetite suppressant for short term. Phentermine is an addicting medicine if you take it for a long time. Using this medicine improperly can cause serious side effects on the heart. Common side effects are dry mouth, restlessness, tremor, loss of sleep, dizziness, headache and impotence. You have not mentioned your height. Body weight should be according to height. Body mass index (BMI) is a more precise index. BMI below 18.5 is underweight. Conversely, more than 25, is considered overweight and over 30 is considered obese. BMI is calculated by formula BMI = Weight in Kilograms / (height in meters x height in meters). So keep your BMI between 19 and 25.
Duromine is used for short term, may be for 3 months. Because it decreases appetite you eat less resulting in weight loss. But its effect is not consistent and it starts causing side effects with time. It is addicting. It is better to avoid it and adopt natural ways of weight loss.
Advice
1.     Exercise – start workout in gym at least for half an hour for 4 – 5 days in a week regularly. start with a balanced mix of cardio, weight training and flexibility exercises
2.     Avoid smoking and alcohol
3.     Avoid junk and high energy foods such as chocolate, cake etc
4.     Divide your meals into smaller portions and eat them frequently during the day. Do not eat heavily at a time
5.     Avoid excess tea and coffee
Thanks
