Creatinine supplement only provide energy(ATP) during exercise and indirectly help building muscle mass but there is no need for you as you are not able to do basic exercise so your muscles will not get exhausted.better you do simple movements and go for physiotherapy ,later go to gym then use Creatine in low dose if want muscle mass.i am also using Creatinine but you need to drink lot of water daily and workout is necessary if you take it otherwise your kidney may get damaged.so be careful while using Creatine. ask me any time your queries.
