Does Cortisone Injection Cause Fever?

i had a cortisone injection in my right hip yesterday morning and I am running a fever today. It was 100.0 before taking Tylenol and it is 99.5 now about 2 hours after taking the Tylenol. When should I start being worried about the fever or should I go ahead and give the doctors office a call?
