Does Combiflam Affect Fetus?

Hi,im into d 4th month of pregnancy...i had a severe tooth pain yesterday n it ws unbearabl with slight sweling in my cheeks n i tuk two doses of combiflam tablet in 7hours interval...bt now im worried wil it harm my baby.pls tel me wat to do n how to cure this pain.im realy worried

1.Combiflam (ibuprofen) is a "pregnancy risk category" drug by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under category D which means there's significant evidence that taking it could harm your baby but one or two doses won't affect that much.

2. To be on the safer side stick with "acetaminophen" which is time tested safe drug during pregnancy and talk with your doctor regarding any other safe alternatives and options.
