Does Cipralex Cause Any Side Effects?
Hi, I was diagnosed with Ménière s and was taking medication for the symptoms. My Dr. Wants me to go on Cipralex but i dread the side effects, it causes nausea and dizziness which i am having from Ménière s already so how come the dr gave it to me? Plus i have low blood pressure and i fear it will make it even worse especially i am on low sodium diet (never exceeds 1500 mg)

Cipralex side effects such as feeling sick (nausea) and headache are common. They're usually mild and go away after a couple of weeks. It is seen that patients that take Cipralex during Meniere's disease have a better recovery. If your symptoms persist consult ENT to take other treatment.
