Celexa is serotonin uptake inhibitor and it has no noted adverse interactions with keflex which is an antibiotic. Your symptoms may be due to the infection itself, but physical examination is required to confirm the same.It is better you immediately consult your physician and explain that you are taking celexa ,dr can decide the line of management.any time you are going for lab tests or to any dr for consultation you need to mention that you are taking celesta as it has many adverse drug interactions and will cause false positive lab tests. especially drugs causing drowsiness like anti histamines ect you need to take drs advice .
