Does CT Scan Report Recommend Surgery?

I have unbearable pain on my eyebrows. Done CT scan. CT imaging reveals:- mucosal thickening involving bilateral maxillary (R L), ethmoidal & left frontal sinuses and assuming polypoidal configuration in right maxillary sinus and mild deviation of nasal septum towards right side. Kindly suggest the treatment or it wants surgery?

Hello
The CT scan is showing sinusitis with polypoidal configuration of maxillary sinus and deviated nasal septum.
This requires treatment by sinus surgery for maxillary sinusitis.
Hence I advice you to consult your ENT doctor for examination and treatment.

Thank you
