Does Betamethasone Dipropionate Cause False Positive Drug Test Results?

I went to my Dr today and they took a drug test it came back with some type of meth in my system, I have never in my life done Meth I don t even know what it looks like. I am using a Betamethasone Dipropionate Steroid Cream and have been for a couple of weeks could this cause me to flunk a urine test?

There are many prescriptions and over the counter medications that have been known to cause false positive drug screens.

At this point, sometimes the doctor can order a more powerful and specific drug test that will rule out the false positives.
