Does Beclomin Cream Help Remove Black Spots On The Face?
does beclamin cream removes black spots,i have some pimples that sometimes reappear too much thats almost to my menstrual period,but they have afected my face with blackspots,i was reccomended in a chemist to use beclamin and they gave me some biopharmal tablets to take,will it work??

1. Beclomin is an anti inflammatory,anti fungal and anti bacterial skin ointment containing beclomethasone,neomycin,miconazole prescribed to treat mixed skin infection where exact cause of skin disease cannot be identified/ established.
2. As it contains beclomethasone [steroid] which apart from causing skin thinning and skin irritation has immunosuppressive effect thus should be used with other anti infective agents otherwise infections gets worsened due to immunosuppressive effect of steroid.
3. Proper treatment and management of dark spots will require actual examination and grading/severity of acne/pimples so it is better to consult a Dermatologist for proper guidance and follow up, in the mean time the most important part is to use a sunscreen regularly
PS. kojic acid or glycolic acid cream or licorice extract and arbutine cream at night are possible options
