Does Atenolol And Chlorthalidone Cause Abnormal Kidney Function?

Currently on Atenolol Chlorthalidone 50/25 mg once daily. Had blood work done last week. Results stated that my kidney levels were at 48. Normal levels are supposed to be at 60. Was wondering could this med be causing abnormal kidney function? I am 49 and have been on this med for about a year. I have not had any abnormal side effects. Blood pressure has been great. Hope you can help. This has got me really worried.

go for complete renalfunctiontest. history of kidney level does not indicate any thing. it should be Kenton body blood urea. what do you mean by blood pressure great. it should be exact value. give proper history and correct value so that some advise can be given. thanking you.
