Does Arachitol Injection Have Adverse Side Effects?

I will go for Architol Inj. any side effect will be there or any otehr problem . can u just explain me. how will work it out sir. MY BOnes are very very week .please give your good suggestion . MY age is 43 yrs old.Doctor told me take Lubricants Tablet for one month. If i Will take injection

Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern.
There are almost no side effects if arachitol injection are used with monitoring and drug interactions are avoided.
Hypercalemia is the main complication it may acute or chronic leading to nephrocalcinosis and arrhythmias.
I would like to advise you to do serum calcium and phosphorus twice weekly in early days. PTH level during mid of treatment.
If you experienced extreme fatigue, muscular pain and weakness, abdominal pain, constipation, disorientation and depression then contact your primary healthcare provider.
