Does Adderall Cause Vaginal Bleeding?

Hi, I recently added Adderall XR 15mg to my medications and have recently started noticing blood vaginally when I urinate. I am an otherwise very healthy 62 year old post-menopausal woman. I have never had this happen before. Can Adderall cause this symptom or side effect? I also use the Vivelle Dot patch for estrogen and take Progesterone 100 mg at night and have for years.

Hi I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination. Get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist to rule out any cervical pathology. Also get a ultrasound done to see endometrial thickness. If thickness is more than 4mm, you may need an endometrial biopsy to rule out any endometrial pathology. Hope it helps.
