dear mam,
please do visit an ophthalmologist who will do some tests to rule out ocular myasthenia.there are many pharmacological treatments and non pharmacological as well like if your eye is drooping you have tapes ,eyelid crutches. if you are having double vision patching and use of prisms is and option.before going outdoors close your close the eyes for 30 minutes before going out, to allow the eyes to rest and regain strength.
Reading or watching TV early in the day or when medication is most effective may also help.Prolonged use of the eyes is not recommended at any time of the day.
take care
