Doctor, I'm A 51 Y/o White American Male Of Northern

Doctor, I'm a 51 y/o white American male of Northern European extraction. I am a smoker (pack/day, 25+ years). I am prescribed both Lisinopril HCTZ 20/25, (recently upped from 10/12.5) for c. 12 years in total, and PCP added Amlodipine 5 mg, c. 1.5 years ago, each once a day. I have recently developed a persistent dry cough, and edema in calves, ankles, feet, wrists and hands. Could these effects be medication related?
