YES.....it is easy to know accurately the time and date this happens for ever.
It corresponds exactly with the time and date one dies. And there is no better way to know it.

I was doing some sprints and my heart started to heart. I think its my heart because when it would beat it would hurt so I got scared and stopped sprinting. I was tired but not completely exhausted. I have been doing some pretty intense running these last two weeks and since then my heart has been hurting throught the day just not a lot. The pain increases as I run harder but it was just annoying more than painful. Today I was doing some sprints and stopped because for the first time it was painful. I wanted to know why it might be hurting? because I have worked out like this before just without the many sprints that I have been doing these past two weeks.
It feels like a heart attack , but it s not a panic attack? My chest, mainly my heart area, but some times it feels like the whole chest area, some times hurt really bad. It s random. I only used to get them when I was intoxicated, but I got 2 yesterday, sober, which is really unusual. 2 in a row, so quick, I mean. It feels like a heart attack, and literally leaves me gasping for air. It feels like... my chest/heart is being compressed really bad, but also like, it s exploding? I m not sure. But, nothing helps, I just try not to move or anything cuz that seems to be better than moving, and they can last for 5+ minutes. I m not sure what it is, and it just seems like I m not able to breathe either. Any help? Uhm, I don t think regular chest pain should feel like this. I pretty much double over and fall to the ground when it happens, that s how bad it hurts. I m 16, and my parents won t let me go for stuff they can t tell, you know? Like, if the problem isn t visual, like say, hives , then, they don t want to pay for a doctor . So, I can t just go to the hospital. I m a healty weight and height, just so you know. And, I get heart palphitations and irregular beats. Sometimes it pounds so hard, you can see it, easily. Other times, it speeds up randomly, or slows down, or feels like it stops/skips a beat.
Since last night I ve been having these weird palpitations in my heart. There is a history of heart disease in my family, and many people close to me have suffered from heart attacks. I m only 21 so I don t think I m going to suddenly drop dead or anything like that.. But I don t know what this is. I was so worried last night that I went to the hospital but they didn t take me seriously in anyway, probably because of my age. I m not a hypocondriact or anything like that either!! I rarely if ever go to the DR, let alone the hospital, its just when it comes to my heart its something i take very serioulsy becoz of the family history. The nurse at the hospital told me its Probably normal But I don t see ANYTHING normal with your heart pulpitating every couple of minutes, and espcially if it lasts this long. Does anyone know what this is? And what should I do about it, no one seems to be taking this seriously enough to even check if there is a problem! Thanks in advance. :) Just to sum up exactly what it feels like... I can actually feel my heart beating, it feels heavy and it feels like its skipping a beat then its giving a big thump, and beating irregular, but this only lasts for a few seconds at a time. Thankyou to everyone for answering my question!!! :) I will definetly stop worrying as much and I ll go see my GP, hopefully he can spend some decent time with me, and if he thinks there is anything wrong then maybe I can be put on a monitor or something, my dad has had to do that many times. Thanks for all your advice I really appriciate it. :) I usually get these weird palpitations every few months, once or twice.. I always thought that was normal. But Never this much and all at once! Thats why I was worried! But thankyou all for taking me seriously. :) I will be making an appointment with my DR very soon!
