Hi docotor, I am trying to reduce weight,so thought of doing some workout and along with that i like to have Amway product Positrim .I am trying to conceive and i have pcod my age is 25. Can i take this weight reduction suppliment.will this affect in any way for conceiving. Please suggest

Hi Priyadharshini, the best way to reduce weight is to watch your input(i.e. quality and quantity) of diet and output(activity, exercise etc). I am always sceptical about nutritional supplements advertised as making a dramatic change to one's weight. Good Luck. Take care.
