Dear madam,I understand your concern.in my opinion increase in weight decrease the chances of fertility.overweight or obesity cause harmonal disturbances and hamper ovulation resulting in irregular cycles and in turn infertility.usually the weight should be 100 minus from height.ie.,153-100=53.but yours is 67 .so you need to decrease upto 14 kg.you can also see the BMI .normal BMI is 19 to 25.overweight is 26 to 30.obesity is >30.increase in weight is seen in hypothyroidism, polycystic ovarian disease(PCOD) ,stress or depression ,irregular food habits, sedentary life.so first consult the doctor and rule out the cause and take apt treatment.if there is no cause then take healthy food like fresh veggies and fruits avoid high calorie food and junk food.do workouts like gym or daily walking or jogging.once weight is decreased cycles will become regular as ovulation will become normal.so have determination ,faith and patience and go on.all the best
