Do Symptoms Such As Dizziness, Stomach Pain, Back Pain And Fatigue Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi I got my reriod on the 14th my period ended on the 20th I have had unprotected sex since then yesterday I went to the bathroom and noticed a brownish red discharge I could let really determine if it was more brown then red I have been having back pain, vaginal, and stomach pain dizziness and feeling fatigue could I be pregnant?

Hello,
If you are due for your period now and have never missed a period so far, pregnancy should be contemplated definitely. The discharge in such a case could be due to implantation. Your symptoms also could be due to very early pregnancy. Please get a HPT with a fresh early morning sample of urine if you have already missed your period by at least 3 days or go for the serum beta-hCG titre estimation if you are yet to get a period.
