Dear sir

In most of the patients with long standing hypertension and diabetes there will be associated neuropathy.

If not having diabetes or hypertension then there will be usual symptoms which might range from tingling sensation to chest pain.

In that case there is no harm in undergoing a cardiovascular profile investigations.

Thanks
