Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.

Your doctor prescribed the Rabeprazole and Sodium picosulfate. Proton pump inhibitor and Laxative respectively.
Probably you may have gastritis or gastric ulcer and constipation problem.

However, stomach problems could not cause any chest and hand abnormalities.

But a rare group of abnormalites called CREST syndrome, a type of systemic sclerosis can have all the features you have mentioned.
C- Calcinosis
R- Raynaud phenomenon
E- esophageal dysmotility
S- sclerodactyly
T- Telengectasia.

To confirm this, you should consult the Rheumatologist and get properly treated.

Hope this helps.
Please write back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.

Hi,
yes gastritis specially in fundus region can present as pain in chest and in left arm and face. But these may also be the signs of any cardiac problem.

What is your age and is there any other abnormalities like diabetes, hyper tension, lipid abnormality or obesity. You need to monitor them.

For now follow your doctor's advice and if the discomfort continues the need ti check for any cardiac problem.

Regards
