Do spirulina capsules and raw spinach have any health benefits ?

i am 22 year old girl .but i look like a 10th standard student . i feel bad. i want to take spirulina capsules. which companys capsules are best or i take any.please also tell me about the benefits of raw spinach. i want to eat it raw.can it prove to be harmful.

spirulina cap. and spinach are antioxidants.

they are good for general health. You may take the following medicines:

1.chyavanprash 10gm twice daily with one glass of milk

2. do moderate exercises

3.take more protein enriched food

fruits and green vegs also help
avoid oily and spicy food
drink more water

it is good to have green vegitable rather than medicine and capsule .if you really wants to keep your self fit and healthy so take carbohydrate and protine rich diet.

Capsule is not going to help you much. Green vegetables constituting balanced diet are good. donot forget to include fruits milk and carbohydrates and a bit more of proteins in your diet. Be happy and start appreciating your self as you are instead of having negative thoughts. Some good liver tonic and wormicide will do need ful.
