Hi I m 32 years old with a 21 year old girlfriend we have been trying to conceive for the past 3 months and no luck at all. I have noticed that my ejaculation is very clear and thought the problem might be with me. How can I increase sperm development I do smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol. What should I do?

smoking and alcohol do affect the sperms and also the libido, apart from affecting the general health in many other negative ways
