Do Slightly Enlarged Thyroid With Multiple Nodules Suggest Thyroid Cancer?

I am afraid that I have thyroid cancer. I have had an ultrasound which revealed a slightly enlarged thyroid with multiple nodules. The thyroid and nodules appear benign . I also have enlarged lymph nodes in my armpits and those also had an ultrasound and appear benign . I feel fine other than the pain in my lymph nodes in my underarm and neck and behind ears. My bloodwork was normal. I am being referred to an ENT to look at thyroid and a specialist for my lymph nodes. I am 39 and female. No family history of thyroid issue or cancer. I am petrified that I have cancer in my thyroid and lymph nodes. Petrified. What do you think? Lymph nodes have hurt on and off since Easter.
