Do Mumps Affect The Menstrual Cycle?
Does having mumps affect menstruation? I am having menstruation every 21st day of the month but on the 22nd day of this month, July 2016 I got high fever and sore throat but as time goes by I have known that I have mumps and until now, I haven t had my period yet. Does the mumps affect my menstrual cycle?

I really appreciate your concern, mumps is viral infection and presence of viral particles is body system may interfere every where including the reproductive systems in both male and female and it could effect the menses, but it is just a transient one, and temporary which is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
