Hi doc, the empression in my ultrasound: enlargement of uterus size 10.1cmxx8.8cmx7.6(anteverted) with multiple intramural myoma.sizes: 3.5x4.0cm anterior wall and 2.0x1.4cm.3.7x3.7cm anterior wall and 3.5x2.7cm upper posterior wall..its still possible to get pregnant?

Hi, I think you can become pregnant. Intramural fibroids are known to be associated with infertility. So, it is advisable to undergo myomectomy. You can opt for a myomectomy and after 6 months, you can start trying naturally if your periods are regular and your tubes are patent.
