Do Missed Periods And Frequent Urination Indicate Pregnancy?

I have missed 2 periods, my stomach is getting bigger, very frequent urination, cramping on the sides of my stomach, fatigue and vaginal discharge, even random in the day lower back pains... I took 3 hpt's around 2-3 weeks ago and they said no, could I be pregnant?

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

As your urine pregnancy test is negative the chances of being pregnant are rare. But please make sure you dont have any infection as the symptoms you have mentioned like discharge and frequent urination is seen when there is infection. So, I suggest you to have a screening and rule out possible infections.
Hope this answers your query.

Regards,
Dr.Alekhya.
