Hi, I am a 19 year old guy use to masturbate once a day which makes me feel that I m suffering from hair loss , less concentration on studies , getting annoyed very fast , pain in my knees , features of my are also getting bad , my lips turns black and gets torn faster , i m feeling bad and less confident, i want to know what to do and in how many days once a masturbate is ok ????
