Do Ladies Bereft On Puberty And Menstrual Cycles Have Same Sexual Urge As A Normal Ladies ?
I would like to know about ladies who had never attained puberty. ie not havin menstrual cycles. Will they feel the need for sexual life? will they have the same intellect as others?

Attaining puberty does not affect the level of intellect at all. Their brain and reasoning is normal like the rest of us. They also do experience the sexual urge though it can be a bit lesser. They also do masturbation.
