General & Family Physician Dr. Namitha's  Response
Hi Jean,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum. The most common reason for bad smelling urine is dehydration. If you workout, sweat and do not replace your body with fluids you can get bad smelling concentrated urine. In my opinion you must do a urine test. Increase your fluid intake, take adequate rest and follow a healthy balanced meals. This will solves all your problems. Exercising for about 30 min per day is also recommended. Wish you good health.
