Do I Need Laparoscopy To Treat PCOD While Trying To Conceive?

Madam I am 26 yrs old ... I got married 10 months back ... in these duration I got 7 months period ... so irregular periods only .. I scanned on 13 th may .. at that time result is risht overian hemogragic cyst measuring 5.8 cm and left ovary shows PCOD ... after that I took FB6 and elestra by doctor s advice ... Now I scanned at 24th June ...pelvic scan .. The corresponding result is right and left ovary shows PCOD.. and other findings is right adnexal cyst functional 2.2*2.1 cms and my thyroid is normal ... My doctor s advice is u ll do laproscopy ... then only u got regular period and chancr to pregnant ... may I need to do laproscopy ... please reply as soon as possible

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the condition and laparoscopy is indicative then this can be tried, but better to ask for the alternative therapy if ever available, and also ask for the post procedure complication, and surety for conception, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
