Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear Sir/ Madam
Thanks for your query.
There are three methods of dealing with blockage. These include medical management, angioplasty and bypass surgery. The decision depends upon coronary anatomy, diabetes, pumping of left ventricle and symptoms. Bypass surgery is definitely an option for multiple blockages. Please discuss with your cardiologist.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
