Do I Need A Device With The Pulse Of 180bpm?

I have hypersensitivity pnuemituts fibrosis and recticular nodualar opacities bilateral lower and middle lobes biopsy done. stage 3 heart failure 3 liter cont flow at rest and 4 sleeping or with activity O2. partial right bundle branch block. ppalpatations dyspnea at rest with oxygen and a pulse that reaches 180 bpm Plus usually in the morning when my oxygen is at its lowest my SpO2 drops to 50 percent usually sleeping. should i ask my CHF doctor about a device. Had ARDS and partial RV collapse and Partial Pulmonary artery collapse with anaphalaxis and cardiogenic and sepsis ( Allergic to sulfa drugs did not know Bacterin was while taking ) IE the shock and ards and ALL. do i need a device and mean survival time at the rate my lungs are declining i figure a year or 2. Am I close My forced DLCO is 42% and my VO2 max is 17.3 my BP is stable around 120/80 pulse is always above 100 and My FVC is 55% Of predicted. Also having extra heart sounds upper right region with a left axis deviation oh im 41 year old male

no..device is not required for this tachycardia.. but u need to do ECG and show it to cardiologist to know whether it is sinus rhythm or any tachycardia which needs treatment.. if it is sinus tachycardia ie normal fast rhythm may be Ivabradine or diltiazem will help u.. but if it's some arrthymia u need a electrophysiology study to know the focus of tachycardia and later on radio frequency ablation..
