Do High Levels Of C Reactive Protein And Sed Rates Indicate Fibromyalgia?

My rheumatologist, after 5+ yrs has recently diagnosed me with fibromyalgia, I am not on board with this diagnosis at all, first main reason is my c reactive protein and sed rates have been high for years. I have read on many sites these high levels are not due to fms, is this true

Raised CRP and ESR is found in chronic inflammatory diseases like RA and AS.
In fibromyalgia also these can be raised.

Rheumatoid arthritis may involve small joints and early morning stiffness in joints, do you have such complain?
Ankylosing spondylitis typically involve spine and hips with other large joint also. There is reduced chest function in this disease. Stiffness in spine is increased do you have such stiffness in spine?
NSAIDs, DMARDs (disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs) are sometimes prescribed in more severe cases. These include methotrexate and sulfasalazine.Corticosteroid injections for severe pain and inflammation in a specific joint.TNF-a inhibitors, a newer class of biologic medication.
