Anesthesiologist 's  Response
Hello,

All your symptoms point towards one of the following:
1) Generalised anxiety disorder
2) Social phobia
3) Minor depression

As it is occasional, you don't need any medications right now. My recommendations are as follows:
1) Consult a clinical psychologist and take cognitive behavioral therapy
2) Daily exercise at least 30 mins per day for 5 days a week
3) Daily meditate for at least 5 mins in a day
4) Have balanced diet with more fruits and vegetables
5) Concentrate on your overall well being
6) Make sure you have 8 hours sleep daily
7) Drink more water
8) You may use the least dose of antidepressant like tab. Lexapro 5mg daily once for about 2-3 months.

If the above measures are not helpful, kindly contact a psychiatrist for further management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
