Hi,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern. Your sonogram report shows multiple fibroids all over the uterus. A single myoma may be considered for myomectomy. When the uterus has to be salvaged to retain reproductive function, medical or surgical options are considered. Embolization of the uterine artery is one such form. Considering your age and presuming that your reproductive function is over, the best option in the current scenario is to undergo a hysterectomy. The route of surgery is best decided by your doctor based on your condition. Hope you find this information helpful. Take care.
