Do Diet Pills Cause False Positive For Methamphetamines In A Urine Drug Test Report?

I have been on Norco for several years.. my pain specialist has been prescribing ive also been on didrex also for 3months which my pain doctor is aware of. I went today and he said I failed my test cause I was positive for methamphtetamines so they said I was taking illegal street drugs, which I have never done in my whole life. can my diet pills show this? methamptimes I have never took street drugs nor I will never but my pain doctor is aware of the didrex how could this happen in a randon urine drug test I take all my meds as prescribed
