Do Artificial Sweeteners And Splenda Have The Same Effect On Body As Regular Sweet?

Should I count the calories in my vitamins as part of my daily caloric intake? Also, is it true that Splenda and other "artificial" sweeteners have the same effect on the body as regular sugar? Oh! How much water should I be consuming daily? Is there a point where it is too much?

Hello thanx for using hcm
According to your query all artificial sweeteners are low or zero in calories as they give less than 20 calories, they just give you sweetness without calories, but excessive use is dangerous for kidneys.

Calories and vitamins are present in almost all the foods you eat unless your taking suplements exclusively for vitamin. If you are keeping daily calorie intake then you should count all sources of calories .

Minimum water requirement is 2- 3 litres per day, if you consume more also its not harmful to your body except in case where your suffering from kidney disease.
