Do Antibiotics Reduce The Efficacy Of Birth Control Pills?

I got my wisdom teeth taken out on Friday, December 8th. I have not been taking antibiotics, but they inserted antibiotics into my sockets to prevent infection. Can this affect my birth control? It has been over a week since they gave me the antibiotic.

Dear madam
some antibiotics are enzyme inducers,
They can alter the hormonal levels in body and can affect birth control.

But the antibiotics that are chosen to fill cavities are chosen keeping in mind about such such affects,

So to be sure if you can tell us what antibiotics were used, we can reassure you.

Not all antibiotics are enzyme inducers.
