Do Spirolactone, Carvedilol And Losartan Cause Thigh Pain And Anger?

I take spirolactone 50 mg per day,corvidilol 12.5 mg per day losartan 100mg per day and dofetilide 1000 mg per day. I have right hip and thigh pain and get angry at the drop of a hat.which drug or combonation causes it? Also all the other side effects

Detailed Answer: Spironolactone use can cause drowsiness, dizziness, lightheadedness, stomach upset, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, headache, increased thirst, signs of kidney problems (such as change in the amount of urine), mental/mood changes, unusual fatigue/weakness, muscle spasms, menstrual period changes, breast pain, breast enlargement(gynecomastia) in men, sexual function problems, signs of infection (e.g., fever, persistent sore throat), severe stomach/abdominal pain, persistent nausea/vomiting, vomit that looks like coffee grounds, dark urine, yellowing of the eyes/skin, easy bruising/bleeding.

Carvedilol use can cause : dizziness, lightheadedness, drowsiness, diarrhea, impotence, tiredness, very slow heartbeat, severe dizziness, fainting, unusual weakness, signs of kidney problems (such as change in the amount of urine), numbness/tingling of the hands/feet, blue fingers/toes, easy bruising/bleeding, mental/mood changes (such as confusion, depression), seizures.

•     Losartan use can cause: dizziness or lightheadedness, a feeling that you might pass out;
•     pain or burning when you urinate;
•     pale skin, feeling light-headed or short of breath, rapid heart rate, trouble concentrating;
•     wheezing, chest pain;
•     drowsiness, confusion, mood changes, increased thirst, loss of appetite, nausea, and vomiting;
•     swelling, weight gain, feeling short of breath, urinating less than usual or not at all; or
•     high potassium (slow heart rate, weak pulse, muscle weakness, tingly feeling).

Common losartan side effects may include:

Cold or flu symptoms such as the stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat, fever; dry cough; muscle cramps; pain in your legs or back pain, stomach pain, diarrhea; headache, dizziness; tired feeling; sleep problems (insomnia).
